Decarboxylation

• Decarboxylation is the process of converting CBDa into CBD. CBDa exists naturally in hemp but has no effect on the human body. Under heat, CBDa is converted into CBD allowing us to enjoy it's benefits. This process is also done before distillation to safeguard against low-purity contaminated distillates and isolates

Distillation

• Use of thin film single stage distillation equipment. Distillate is the refined oil process of targeting and separation of CBD from volatiles and other cannabinoids that exist in crude oil. The resulting distillate is high purity CBD oil that can be used in consumer products such as edibles, vapes, topical lotions, etc.

Isolation

• Distilled oil is converted into an extremely pure crystalline powder (99.4%+ CBD). Isolate guarantees no trace of amounts of THC making it compliant with local and federal guidelines. Like distillate, isolate is also used to manufacture consumer products with the advantage of greater control of application and less material required to reach desired dosage.
